Just downloaded for my VR and after downloading the media, it asks to select how to watch it: cardboard or phone. I try cardboard for VR, and see a pause symbol but no matter how many times I press it, it never turns to play. I select the X and it closes out. I tried the phone view to see if that worked and it does the same thing. Displays a pause symbol and black screen. ? there is no help area in the app that I can find, can I receive help here? Thank you

At first it was crashing out I powered off my phone and now it works fine

This app is really good it has a lot of good videos for free! This is one of the best VR apps.
