Poor service

Thought I would try them again this year after an email arrived with a new offer. What a mistake, I paid for one month and then nothing. I have tried multiple times to get help but with no luck or answers. Please don’t waste your money.
Great but glitchy

This product works flawlessly on my computer, and on android, but seems to have trouble staying connected on my iPhone. It will not connect sometimes and other times I am not able to disconnect from it at all. I love it for my other devices, but I think it needs an update for the iPhone. I do believe this is a great VPN, which is why I continue to use and pay for it, but would love a fix to some of the app’s bugs!

I am using this software in all devices, works seamlessly and it is slow sometimes but still ok for the price i paid.
Interference with APP and iTunes stores

I had a crippled iphone 6S for 2 weeks of vacation. Factory reset and restore didn’t solve problem. It turned out when I used up free service and didn’t pay for complete data coverage email and half of my APPs including APP & iTunes Store did not function. Deleting Windscribe solved my problem. Please fix. An otherwise good APP.
Re-connects bothersome

This App having issues coming to scale...wanted to write a great review—for when it works, but nagging issues have given pause. At first all was good, upgraded to Pro. Then after several “updates” got glitchy with constantly having to manually reconnect that require regular log-out and long-ins...big pain! But, I haven’t switch to another VPN...so have it a 3S
Windscribe is great. Bet it will be $10 soon

it has worked well most of the time but lately it hasnt been connecting...remains “ disconnected” indefinitely... not sure what the heck theyve been doing lately...if no improvement i will consider unsubscribing

The app keeps displaying a generic error that states there is an issue with the API. It was working fine until this morning.
