I’ve tried MANY different VPN’s over the years. But now I’ve been using Windscribe for over a year. It’s honestly the best one I can find, and the fastest. Plus, they’re super honest with you about everything and aren’t afraid to say things that most companies wouldn’t dare say. I must say the key selling point though is their tool ROBERT. ROBERT is amazing in so many ways. With premium (which I’m only paying $3 a month for btw!) ROBERT is giving me protection from scams, cryptominers, malware, etc. and best of all, the most overpowered ad blocker I’ve ever seen. I kid you not, Windscribe’s ad blocker is so powerful that it blocks 100% of all ads in mobile games and apps, as well as websites online. But mobile games? Holy cow. That’s amazing, considering mobile games these days give you an ad every 30 seconds. No more ads on anything and no bs prices. Oh and for you cautious parents out there, the ROBERT tool can even block all 18+ websites optionally, so you won’t ever have to worry about your kids seeing things they shouldn’t. TL;DR I’ve been using Windscribe 24/7 for over a year, and I 100% recommend it to anyone.
Worst customer support

I have had nothing but problems with the customer support. You never get to talk to a human being. You have to deal with a bot or FAQs. So far I have nothing good to say about this item. I was scheduled to have a reset date on August 2, 2020. On August 3 it has not taken place. There’s no one who you can talk to to rectify the situation. When it does work it is fine but the customer service is really really bad.
UI changes (update: it’s getting worse)

App worked very well before the update, it wasn’t necessarily beautiful but it was greatly functional and easy to use, now it both looks really bad on iPhone 7 and isn’t as functional and easy to use as it was. Update: It was bad, now it’s WORSE!!! Update 2: Got the rudest possible response from the developer.

Tried this VPN and worked alright until it got to 300 mb left. The internet access is basically blocked for all intents and purposes. Can’t go anywhere. Turn the VPN off and I’m off and running again. I guess the intent is to encourage purchase of more ‘bandwidth’, but that’s just a guess. Don’t know exactly when it resets to start a new month. Deleted this app in favor of others that are working without a hitch. You might have better success than so give it a try. Nothing to lose.

I don't know if you are aware that, your PayPal payment never go through anymore, bitcoin charges to purchase vpn plan is so high. Credit card payment on your website rejects my card. Is Nigerians Banned from using your service?

Couldn't take any more of the spammy emails, unsubscribed and my 50GB account turned into 2GB account. Darn, shoulda used a throwaway email. Google reCaptchas and captchas from a ton of major websites just to access them isn't necessarily the VPN's fault just an indicator of the VPN being popular. I used them since around 2017 with a two year subscription, and had to call it quits. Also sup WindScribe developer! Could you write me a surly reply back too? ☺️
