I love the “Lucky Vault”, but it goes through the money too fast; in fact, all the games just want you buy coins and they still don’t give you any “play time”!!

May 8 and no one has fixed my problem and still have ignore me and not fixed the issue for the last 2 months or paid me what the really owe me in coins. May 5 and they still have ignore me and expect me to play the game and not get paid when I Level up because it the spin reel locks up and I have to go completely out and come back in and it don’t ever pay me my 40.000.00 in coins. This. Has been going on for a month and a half and I have emailed them over and over and they just ignore me. Now we are on May4 and my problem and my leveling up that locks my spin reel so I have to go completely out when I level up every 8 to 10 hours playing 5000 coin a spin. And they don’t want to fix the issue until the next version and they have paid me back all the coins they owe me witch I figure is about 12 billion. They just ignore all my emails.STOP IGNORING ME I been playing today and it’s still not leveling up right it’s locking my spin still and having to go out and not paying me my level ups of 40.000.00.April 30 . This has been not fixed since the middle of March. I have reached out to support team for a month that I don’t level up like I should it takes forever. I have played these games for a year now and I bet 5000 coins each spin. So when I level up it supposed to pay me 40.000.00 in coins. But like I said for the last month when it’s time for me to level up it locks up and the spin button won’t let you spin. So you have to go clear out of the game and then come back in and go through all off the stuff. So when you are in first place playing in a tournament it usually knocks you out , witch isn’t fair. PLUS I HAVE NOT GOT PAID FOR A MONTH FOR MY LEVEL UPS WITCH IS 40.000.00 in coins. That adds up. I had someone email me from the support team telling me we will solve the level cash in the next VERSION!! So Really I have to keep getting ripped off until the next VERSION?? Then he said the compensation coin will be sent to me soon. That’s been 3 days. I have leveled up now about a 102 times since this problem started and I buy a lot of coins on ITunes. I am a VIP the HIGHEST level you can be so that explains just how much money I have spent to buy coins to enjoy playing these games. But it’s hard when they RIP YOU Off on leveling up and tell you that they will fix the issue in the next version. I want all my coins you owe me and my level up to pay me and my spin thing not to lock up and not be able to play a Until I go back out.

Happened today, Sept 26, hope it’s not permanent - loading assets is stock at 89% all day. Didn’t get to play at all.
Love the games but support doesn’t address my issue.
