I’ve played this game for a while. Like many casino games - sometimes you win…sometimes you lose. Buts it’s always fun! The selection is great and always expanding. Huge kudos to Customer Support! They’re friendly, prompt and thorough!

Since I started playing this game, I thoroughly enjoy it. Pays are good for me, unlike most other games. I’m currently on level 73 and only had one minor issue. I talked with Karl, the tech support guy who was incredibly helpful and immediately fixed the issue. I highly recommend this game.

I have never seen a game that has more pop-ups trying to get you to buy something. Absolutely outrageous. Before I can even play I have to close 6 pop-up ads and watch a 30 second ad. All to get you to give them money. I had to delete after playing just a few times. The ads are relentless. The game play is obviously fixed. Why have a win multiplier if it comes up 2X every single time?

It’s ridiculous to spend 80 million coins and get back 10. You should be able to hit more than you do. The 80 million is in 6 hours! When I lose what I have…I’m done. Not fun anymore.

Really fun machines but when you offered 500 coins if I would sign in with Facebook had no idea you would take away all the coins I had bought and replace with the 500. Most Slot games add this to your amount. What a disappointment!

Payouts are inconsistent!!

After playing this game for over a year I have loved it until the past month.I noticed that I wasn’t being paid out the proper amount when I made higher bets. After writing that in a review I was told to email pictures with my user ID and they would make things right. I emailed with them back-and-forth for three weeks and sent them pictures as proof. I was betting anywhere from $5- $90 million a hand and was being paid out for a much lower amount when I hit playing the higher amount. They refused to compensate me and pretty much called me a liar!! I had been playing for a long time and saved upwards of over 5 billion at one time. They own me over $4 billion that wasn’t paid out the right amount, even with the pictures I sent they called me a liar!! They’re a bunch of thieves!!

The last two times I have made purchases to participate is special events I ended up not receiving the rewards for those special events. The first one was corrected after utilizing the chat feature but this most recent one has not been responded to after sending 2 messages through the chat function at 2 different times of the day as well as sending an email that has gone unanswered. This app is full of false advertising! Don’t fall for it! ITS A SCAM!
