The supposed “GM” is not ever on. They leave everything up to the mods. The problem? Mods can only do so much. Lost access to your account? Mods can’t do anything. Been scammed or hacked? Again, mods can’t do anything. Glitch in the game? You guessed it! Mods can’t help! This makes the game very rough after updates. I myself, play S2. I lost access to my account but, to no surprise, the “retrieve password” menu has gone down. Now, I’ve messaged said GM... 8 FRICKING DAYS AGO. Now, this is an account I have paid for (game is MOST DEFINITELY a pay to play game, whether that was intended or not I feel that all MMORPGs are because once one player spends five dollars you have to spend ten to catch up)and I would like to be able to use it. I also know that the GM has read my messages (for reasons I will not explain as I’d like to keep people out of trouble.) In conclusion, while this game is great and fun to play, it is all together falling apart, I feel as if the GM has lost interest. UPDATE: 12/3/17 ( 9 days after loss of account) GM, I have found, only checks on the game on weekends. This game is amazing! And addicting and I greatly enjoy playing, but my review stands until the GM seriously improves, whether they are replaced or they take more action, something needs to happen. I will continue to provide information about the GMs responses and such here. NOTE: 12/3/17 Retrieve password button during login- When pressed, opens white screen separated into boxes, showing “Error 502” saying that my phone is working (tried on two devices) Hillsboro is working, but that there is an error with the host. I don’t know what all this means, it’s more a notice for developers of the game, you know, if they really care enough to even read this far, disappointed with current efforts. Update: 12/6/17 I have gotten responses in game and through email. Email, was asking for my account information so they may find the account and help me out. The in game responses sent an email to an email account I had already told them I had no access to. I have responded to both, asking for an email to be sent to my new email. I offered to show more proof and am now awaiting a response.

This game is incredible. I am mind blown. I’ve been playing this game for about 3 years or so and I am still not tired of it. It’s the only game that I have played where you can actually get certain things to get the in-game gold. Instead of actually paying for the gold you can actually make it yourself in a day or two depending on what u have equipped and your skills. It’s a great game to be honest. Yes sometimes there’s annoying people in global chat but that’s why we have moderators. But sometimes moderators are a bit ehh ? but it’s a great game.
