Awesome game and have spent hundreds of dollars on it...... But will not spend another dime while Queen Deb, who is paid by company tells ppl in game she doesn't care what they have to say........ Would not recommend getting into game bc it's all about the money now and funny how Elen of s3 can mute ppl just for the hell of it and GM doesn't do anything

Do not play this game! I spent money on this game and put a couple of years building up my account. My account was stolen and the customer service said they would look into it. They asked me to supply proof that it was my account. I sent them my email address I used to set up the account and credit card statements. They said they would look into it. They didn't. I contacted them and asked what was going on. They said they don't keep information past a month or two months. Huh? So, I kept on them about getting my account back. They kept saying they would look into it. This has gone on for months. Finally, they said I'm out of luck because I waited too long. I work on the road in the summer and don't have time to play the game like I do in the winter(seasonal job). I warning new players that if you want your hard earned money stolen, play this game. The staff will gladly take it and tell you to kick rocks. They are a poor excuse of a business. The sad part is they don't care what people think of them. This is a warning, don't play.

So lately ive been playing very little again and the chats are dying and the game is dying also you guys probably wont see this but s2 s3 and s4 chats are dead and i have seen chats go by with 2-3 hours with no players chatting in global or flight chats even s1 is dying out as i have seen global and flight have 1-2 hours pass with no chatting back in 2014 when i was on all the time the game was HUGE it was extremely popular and tons of people played it but over the years its been going downhill i started in late 2013 and at that time the game was insane and had people in the chat constantly talking and i think you guys have acknowledged that its dying like, really?... Hunting and racing i know you can bring this game back to its glory you just need help i say have the console post messages saying to write reviews on how we can improve the game and have the community help out lots of us love the game and being veteran of this game i would hate to see it die out as ive had so many memories on it i say focus on what big right now add some game modes or servers and add small minigames to make cash and compete with other players put in popular game styles and improve it thats all i really have but i believe as a community we can fix it

Great game. Great way to waste time and meet new people all over the world. Need more updates. They recently merged servers and curious to see how it flows.

Vivian the admin you want me to mail about complaints closes chats without replying, takes 4-5 days to respond to one little message, and wont listen to the players... yeah im definitely gonna go to him for help next time?
