Guess the paid version is the only version being regularly updated anymore. Ok, I can get that, but would be nice if bugs could still be addressed in this version - like the broken navigation - when viewing a loaded wiki page, navigating by taping on a section hyperlink only works one time and on that page section, your view will remain unless you manually scroll, can’t use the section hyperlinks to navigate to any other section after the first choice.

Bookmarking is broken. There hasn't been an update in 6 months and attempts to contact the developer have gone unanswered. It's too bad because I haven't found another Wikipedia app with decent bookmarking.

This has always been my favorite wiki app, but recently there are problems with the display when I use it on my iPhone 8. Are there any plans to update to fix this problem?

This app would be perfect if it had a night mode. Will be using the Wikipedia app until such an update.

App freezes every time I try to open a page. No updates to fix this. Just deleted and downloaded the main Wikipedia app. So much better now.

Bring back the ability to SEARCH!! Otherwise what is the main point of this app?!?!

Wikipanion is a great UI change for the Wikipedia app, it has everything that the Wikipedia app has, but in a better UI, also try out Wikiwand which is an app and chrome extension, it changes the UI beautifully too.

This is my favorite Wikipedia reader app on the App Store. It feels very simple yet very well rounded. Tables, pictures, external links, etc. all work well. The two main drawbacks is that there isn’t an option for white text on black background and that it can get slow after a while. It seems like every 3 or 4 months, it takes almost half a minute to get the app running at normal speed. So I delete the app and redone load it and it works again. Fixing those two things will bring this up to five stars for sure.

Wikipanion is one of the original Wikipedia apps that has withstood the test of time without being abandoned by its developer. The app contains more functionality than the officially sanctioned Wikipedia and is excellent for its ability to manage links to those topics you can’t read now but want to mark for future reading. An added bonus is it's ability to act as a front-end for other wikis as well.

Wikipanion is easily the app I have logged the most hours into of any app ever programmed. I love it. It is superb and unmatched in its usability and features. I would marry these 1’s and 0’s if I could, but not until you guys fix the search bar. I hate sometimes having to wait >30 seconds for a Wikipedia page to load, with a wait like that I might as well use safari. Please fix this app and return it to its former perfection.
