Can’t find businesses even when putting the name in the search

I used to like this app but no longer. Today I needed to call my local Firestone store. I put in Firestone and was told that it could not be found. Then I searched for “tire repair “ and, lo and behold, there is Firestone at the top of the screen with the full name of Firestone Complete Auto Care. So I searched for that and it did come up. However, in six months or so, do you really expect someone to remember more than it’s Firestone? Sine Firestone is the first part of the name, it should come up. I can search for Pizza Hut and get every other pizza place in the city even though I don’t want them but can’t find something when I do and I have a partial name? By the way, this is not the only time something like this has happened. I’ll use my browser from now on, thank you very much!

This thing couldn't find a moose in a revolving door. Auto parts... sorry; laundromat...no dice; sporting goods store when given street name...take a guess! I don't get it. I ask for Santa Cruz, Ca., I get 5 other cities. It sucks??.

Many of the businesses are either no longer in business or have moved. Also, way too many 'oops' because it can’t find businesses that I know are there.

I used to love the app. I could search a business and bring up the name. I could share directions by texting my aging elderly father. Now I search and brings back nothing related to my search.

Downloaded this App to look up an address in Virginia and was told that there was no such address to be found. I know it does because I was there. What a joke. It always gives you no address found response. This app continues to ask for access to Bluetooth and wants to send you notifications but doesn’t want to give you phones numbers or addresses. Total waste of time and phone space.
