Have to reconnect constantly

So useless. I run thru this crazy setup where I have to go into the washer’s WiFi settings, delete the settings, and then re add the same network settings to use this app. Then it works for a week or two, before telling me I need to reconnect it again. This is insanely annoying. This app is a complete waste of time.

Finally received it in March(after nearly 4 COVID caused month’s!). Love it. There are still features I haven’t used but am learning. So glad I bought it. So far it’s been great!
How hard is it to make an app?

Paid over $2k for a smart oven with wifi to only find out that the app that makes it all possible is garbage and the home screen wont even load.

**I am updating this review and increasing number of stars because I deleted the app and reinstalled it from the cloud and it works fine now.** I used to like this app but now it immediately shuts down when I try to open it on my new phone. It previously worked fine on my iPhone 8 Plus.
Useless and demands tons of personal data

Terrible app … useless … very poorly coded. Was this coded by an 80year old in basic? Demands personal info they don’t need just to sign up. Functionality with my new microwave is useless. Doesn’t work except with 2.4GHz? Why was it written in 2005?

The oven and microwave work fine but the touch screen functionality is very intermittent. If your hands are damp or wet you cannot get the controls to work. Then sometimes you have to keep trying until the desired function begins to register.
App won’t stay open

Was using the app for about 2-3 weeks after my appliances arrived then it just stopped working and closed on me. Cannot get app to stay open when I click on it. Have removed from Home Screen and tried to put back on and it doesn’t work at all. Logged in on a browser and the products I registered after I got them are no longer under my account and it looks like I’m going to have to do the registration process all over again.
