I take the bus a *lot*, and this app has been amazing about 85% of the time. When it works, it works. When it doesn't, it can be a disaster. Not all the busses have tracking and if you 1. Are oo far away from the stop or 2. Don't have a good wifi connection, the app will time out and cause problems. Overall, it's been fine. It's not foolproof, but it's certainly an improvement to guesswork.

I was waiting on a bus that according to this app was coming in 9 min. So i got things together and planned on leaving in 4 min. But guess what?! In 2 min, the bus was here!!! And the next bus didn't come for another 20min while the app told me 10! I waited in the cold for like ever that morning! And also, MBTA website has a tracker which is basically the same thing for FREE! This app is absolutely USELESS

I've been taking the bus almost daily and this is the only app I trust! I've found that close to 90% of the time it is accurate, and it's more accurate than just using the bus schedule. Highly recommended!

This is definitely one of the most useful apps on my phone! I live in Central Square and have only used it for buses that run frequently, but it has been very reliable. Just don't try to predict ETA of a bus from its location on the map... If it says 2 minutes, it probably is 2 minutes, even if the bus is shown 7 blocks and 4 stops away. Overall a very good investment!

...but for some reason this app shows "no updates available" even during peak running times! Typical MBTA crap. This really needs to be accurate more often than it is right now.

So the app is great when your bus is on time, but if it's late, you'll have no idea where it is. It will tell you the wrong times and once that wrong time has passed, you can't track the bus anymore. And sometimes it just won't tell you what time your bus is showing up at all. Plus the alerts button has been broken for months. I'd still say this is a must have for anyone riding the buses, but it needs improvement.

I deleted this after I kept getting repeated error messages for the one bus I use (#32 of the MBTA in Boston)
