This app was great...for awhile. Now it just constantly says it cannot update do to malformed xml and other lovely messages. It’s been doing this for weeks.

Completely stopped working a few days ago with ‘Cannot read route list. Agency parameter “a=mbta” is not valid.’

Only work about 50% of the time. The rest of the time I get an error message.

It has just stopped working completely. I’ve even re downloaded it. What a waste. Does the developer even work on it anymore? Don’t pay for this.

The app works sometimes, and others it doesn’t. All sorts of “XML” not found and searching routes is currently broken. I’ve used this app for at least 4 years, but no more.

This has served well ever since the MBTA rolled out bus tracking. The interface is relatively clean and predictable. Two elements I wish it had: 1) an easier way to display all the buses on a given route—you can’t access this from a favorite/bookmark, but have to select the route from the home screen, which involves several taps too many for checking ahead (you don’t always want the very next bus, and seeing where everything is helpful for assessing if there may be more delays than indicated by countdowns) 2) link to bus schedules for future planning

This app is invaluable in planning my local travel. Predictions are quite accurate. I appreciate the provision of times for similar routes on the same screen.

Have been waiting 10 minutes for bus that keeps getting updated prediction of 2 minutes. Something is not working. 74 Outbound from Harvard Station at Chauncy and Concord Ave in Cambridge. Need some kind if “missing bus” detection, for “Out of Service” buses, as one plausible example scenario.
