Meh. No good for NYC

Not at all useful for NYC. Sure, all of these places have restrooms, but many of them are either completely closed to the public or require a substantial purchase to be allowed to use them--not at all helpful when you have a newly trained toddler who needs to go NOW!
Fix the "cannot determine location" bug!!!

This could potentially be a 5 star app, indispensable to delivery drivers, mobile service people, or anyone who just needs a restroom. Unfortunately, until they fix the bug to allow us to add restrooms (cannot determine your location) this app will only have limited usefulness.

I have tried using this three times in Los Angeles and all three times, the location listed didn't exist.
Works in current location only

For current location, the app works fine to locate nearby restrooms. However, if I try to search in a different location ahead on my route, the app throws a error: "Unable to find a coordinate for that address." I've trying searching a city, state or even typing in a full address several times but this error is all that results, making the app much less useful.
Just merchants, not really their available bathrooms.
Time Travel Wish
The phone company could have made this app, because it looks like that's exactly where the developer got the data. These days merchants hate to let their bathroom be used by the public. It's not like the 60's, when I was a child, where every merchant displayed a sign pointing the public to their facilities, because they knew that people who pass by their goods are more likely to buy them. Maintaince of bathrooms is a labor expense merchants don't want anymore, and water prices have risen vastly since those days. This app just displays businesses. No indication of whether or not a merchant will let you use the toilet. So it's unhelpful. Most smartphones will locate a business near you in seconds.

They give addresses that are the billing Addresses for businesses which are actually private homes. Great to see where the business owners live. Talk about privacy??
Needs another update badly

This app needs another update. This app needs to be compatible with iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen and compatible with ios 8.
