Besides Where to Wee’s functional side, finding places to go to the restroom, it can also find that really cool café down the street, the well-maintained pub up the road, or a restaurant you never knew existed until you had to use the restroom. Who knew going to the restroom could be so interesting?
Cintas Corporation, a leader in facility services has partnered with Where to Wee (W2W).
The Cintas Sponsored Best Restroom nominees and winners are now integrated within Where to Wee and are now mobile. You can now locate, view and visit some of the most memorable restrooms, from coast to coast, ball parks and ball rooms. Where to Wee and Cintas have your needs covered. If you want to find some of the best restrooms, download the app and visit some of the past and present winners in your area. When you gotta go, you gotta know so why not go in some of the most immaculate, inviting and, most of all, memorable restrooms around North America.
This is a terrible app. I downloaded under the impression that it would give me a clear frame of reference to where I was and it did not. Save your 3$ and simply use your "maps" app.
First the positive: this is a great idea, and the graphics are fun (e.g., toilet paper rolls to rate the restrooms). This is the shell of a great app. The content, though, is completely lacking. These are just lists of gas stations, Subways, McDonald's(es?), Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks the creators uploaded from some company listing. All other fast food joints are mysteriously missing. And all of the gas stations were uploaded with their legal names and not their storefront names (like Perimeter Oil Company instead of Quik Trip), which hinders you from actually finding the place. You can add your own locations, photos, ratings, etc. which is cool but also shows that the creators are banking on all the users to provide them with the content to make the app useful. Personally, I have better things to do than map all the Taco Bells in my area and take pictures of their restrooms.
Is this a bug? The reviews I left are gone. Now it won't let me add new ones. Bug?
The help file lists an option for filters for the bathrooms but I could not get them to work. Says to click triangle in the corner but the only thing like that on the screen just zooms to current location. I wanted to be able to filter by bathrooms currently open.
said there was a bathroom nearby but once we went in, the bathroom didnt exist. should also say whether or not you have to buy something for the bathroom. so many of them were restaurants,
I guess you can look through all suggestions to find a suitable place, but I'm not going to ask to use the bathroom at a dentist office.
Awesome concept! I wish there was a way to add the presence of diaper changing stations in restaurants.
