I’ve never had a complaint about this app, I can make phone calls in and out of the country, you can send text messages, make group chats, video calls. I think this app is amazing.

Channel and bigger groups

Please increase the capacity of members of groups and add possibility of creating channel.

I recently switched devices and attempted to activate WhatsApp on my current phone. Upon entering my phone number, I pressed the link to send a code by SMS. The text message never came to my device. Typically after about a minute or two after not receiving a text code, the option to “resend SMS” is available. In this instance, the “call me” text was the greyed-out and read “text again in 12:00” (hours) followed by a countdown. At this point the only option I could select was “call me.” After selecting “call me,” I waited several minutes and did not receive a call. The “call me” option had been replaced with “call again in 2:00” (hours), and it begins to count down. I allowed the two hours to lapse and then I selected “call again.” This time I did not receive a call and the option read “call again in 3:00 hours”; and it begins to countdown. So at this point I am 10 hours away from being able to request another “text me” message, and three hours away from being able to request another “call me” option to verify my phone number so that I can actually begin using the WhatsApp on my current device. Please fix this. Many thanks.
