Apple Watch App? - Hide Online Status?

Can’t see or initiate messages without voice on Apple Watch. Needs Apple Watch App like iMessage. Being private on WhatsApp is super difficult, not the messages (which are encrypted end-to-end, Thank you) but the social aspect. You have to turn off last seen and read messages but still be caught out with an online indicator. That’s one of the main reasons I prefer iMessage over WhatsApp, there’s too much pressure from people to reply to their messages.
