Banned by mistake

I have been using whatsapp for years without violating any guideline. Suddenly I got banned with no prior notice or warning. 4 and a half days passed and still support didn’t contact me as promised and they only replied to 2 of my emails. Please look into my issue because I truly believe I got banned by mistake.

This app is okay but the sound the app makes when I get a message is one that I can’t stand!! The sound makes me angry and therefore I deleted the app. I wish we could change the sound so I could choose something that made me happier.
App got worse than having no choice to update

Duplicate groups

I found this app very useful until the release of IOS 15.3.1. At this time when I create a group, the app creates a duplicate group as well. I have tried creating a WhatsApp group on my wife’s IPhone as well as on a friend’s IPhone resulting on the same bug. Please fix as it is very inconvenient to have duplicate groups created. Thank you!
