ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! (w/ suggestions)

I absolutely love this game. It never gets boring and I am so addicted already. I’m on level 14 and I’ve only been playing a few days. It’s fun that you can actually learn about foreign dishes from it too! The artwork is so cute and I love how you can design your character. Suggestions: I think it’d be really cute if you could have a room to go to and decorate with customizable furniture (bed, lamp, bookshelf, wallpaper, etc.). I think having different colors of skin would be more inclusive. It’d be fun to have more hairstyles too! Also, for a multiplayer option, if people could visit your room and chat, it’d be really cool. You could have cooking competitions between you and a friend, or maybe team up for a different baking mini game thing. Love the app! Hope to see new updates! :)

i came across this game via a sponsored instagram post, and golly gee how could I resist checking it out?? After a second run in with a sponsored post, I went to the app store to install (and then proceeded to play for the next 63827832 hours and squeeze some time in between classes to play, lol) The first two means of cooking (20 sec and 7 minutes (i think, i have lots of upgrades, okay?)) would go by so quickly as I’d do those card mini games, and every piece of dialogue, food, and animation melted my heart. The aesthetics of this game are perfect— cute, simple, colorful, etc. The food, although small, packs a lot of flavor in just a little drawing. The variety of food and diversity is no joke, and there’s so much room for more to be added, it’s amazing!! (Although, it is weird to see NPCs chow down on food art where the bowl is drawn and is subsequently eaten ((crunchy)) The dialogue is pure and wholesome, and sometimes I laugh at the little quips and certain vocabulary used (flop, specifically). However, I was disappointed when the opportunity to make egg puns was not taken ? I LOOOOVE having a dog!! The dog events are so cute, and when I was first introduced to events that had negative effects on you, I wasn’t mad because it adds a bit of spiciness to gameplay!! This, along with the charity girl, are cool ways to balance gameplay that I didn’t think about!! Plus, interacting with them(dog and grill scout) is so nice and healing to my stressed soul—? (Speaking of which, is it supposed to be grill scout? Or did I read it wrong? Anyways it’s funny lol) Also, the incorporation of watching advertisements to get small benefits is really nice!! I felt guilty not being able to support this game by buying gamepasses (I’d have to ask my parents first for some reason even though im 18 and have my own card >_>), so being able to watch ads (AND get green tickets) made me feel content knowing that I’m supporting you guys by doing so!! (or at least, I hope that’s how it works >_<) Some things to suggest, while I’m here!! -after food quizzes, it’d be nice if I were able to tell what A) the picture+name of the correct food item was and B) the ingredients + origins of the item I chose that would indicate why I got it wrong. Perhaps this would crowd the UI, so maybe make it available via tapping on our wrong answer? Also, in the results screen, (specifically in earlier levels), it takes a while to realize that you eventually work your way up to food quizzes that have three questions and answers, so the empty space when you only answered one question can be confusing. -more hairstyles!! I know someone on instagram suggested it already, but it really would be nice ?? -make it so that looking at your storage is akin to the menu where you choose your ingredients for cooking!! Or, have ingredients you have 0 of be greyed out and still have a place in the menu!! Getting used to the 3 rarities of each ingredient in a row to seeing only the ones you have in succession is a bit confusing owo;; -this isn’t as possible of a suggestion, but having more than three spaces to cook would be great— although, I’m only rank 15 so I don’t know if that changes— but Still, it’s rough (but perhaps that’s part of the fun/challenge!!) I think that’s all!! I really adore this game and all the work that has been put into it, and I can’t wait for what comes next!! In the mean time, I’ll be on that easter event grind ??

This game is amazing and fun to play! If you want a simple game to play for a little bit, this game is perfect. Yes, when it comes to combining food and cooking it, it can take up to 20 seconds to 4 hours, but it really doesn’t take up your time. It’s like a back ground game, but you just have to check every once and a while. There are a few things I would like to change but besides that this game is cute and fun to play. A perfect 5/5 ⭐️!!!

This game is filled with content! I thought the mini-game to get the ingredients was really unique and gives you something productive and useful to do in game while you’re waiting for dishes to be done. There’s more than one challenge, so there’s a lot of goals to keep up with, making it really rewarding when you do make the right dish. The dogs were a really good touch, not only are they cute, but they also give you little upgrades! A really well rounded game that I will be continuing to play ♥️

I love playing around and cooking at the cute and different dishes. I had played quite a while ago and then stopped for a year so I missed a BUNCH of festivals, but I contacted Pixio and they said they actually bring them BACK and just now I was on their insta and earlier this year they have brought back one of the older events. I LOVE THAT. I am a full time student who lives on their own and I am quite busy. Im glad this game doesn’t penalize us for having a life. Super looking forward to the next event or event revival!!

I saw that this game had like 4.9 stars in the review and thought, “that’s impossible.” I decided to try it out, and now I see why! I loooooove this game! I’ve only played it for a little bit but it’s so adorable. Plus, I don’t feel like I HAVE to pay money to play it. I 100% recommend it to anyone who reads this review!

When I first downloaded this game, (yesterday) I was slightly bored and didn’t find the game particularly interesting. However, I loved the graphics and thought it was still a pretty cute game and decided to keep it. After playing for a while and unlocking new features and ingredients, I realized it’s actually quite fun and I’m glad I gave it a chance! It’s very addicting and the graphics and gameplay are very clean and nice. I’d recommend this game. It’s a nice time killer, and it doesn’t bombard you with ads either like many games.

This game is pretty fun, there’s always new things to try. Feels good to know you don’t really need to spend money on this game if you just watch advertisements. I enjoy pretty much everything about this game. One thing I would change is the placement of the “?” When taking a food quiz. Since it is on top of the recipe I would consider to choose, sometimes I’ll misclick on the “?” (Which tells you the name of the recipe) and it’ll choose that as my answer unwillingly.
