I had 98 possible ancestors when this App froze. After hoping 3 months for a fix and none arrived I uninstalled the reinstalled and lost all of my matches but when it came back it was working & it started repopulating, one per day, but after a month it froze again. If you get any matches you like, make a hard copy because it could be gone when you look again. Gave it 1 star because it’s not a new app & their communication is awful.

There is virtually no feedback when the line is wrong. There is nobody to talk to to make the correction. They do not respond to your emails or your concerns. Although they are connected to Ancestry, Ancestry is not able to help you in anyway. I emailed them nine months ago and they never responded back. Instead of trying to fix the problem they only give you the option of deleting a line when 95% of it is correct. Do not trust this app only trust DNA. They do not give you the option of removing somebody from the list who is no longer your friend on Facebook. Lame and stupid.

This is junk. Don’t understand how it is a 4.5 when it doesn’t load. Also don’t like linking thru FB. After reading the reviews it also appears there is no support from Ancestry. I’m out.

Love this app but I am unable to gain access anymore. I tried to go to the help area and am unable to access that. Please advise...

This was quite fun how many famous people I was related. Plan to need to do some research to get it moving. Received 46 matches in 46 Days. Then it stopped. Not sure if I will receive any more. Super surprised at some of my matches. One was Marilyn Monroe one day and John F Kennedy the next. Most of the matches are 5 or more family members 2-4 times away. Very interesting.

You cannot use this app unless you also have a Facebook logon. Given Facebook’s policy of making money off of my personal information, not to mention their casual attitude toward protecting users’ data, this is not a tradeoff I’m willing to make.

I was excited about this app, but it wouldn’t let me open it without connecting to Facebook. I do not have a FB account, nor do I want one. I deleted the app since I won’t be able to use it without FB.
