App for whatever reason wont work on my phone

This app worked on my iPhone 5 but won’t work on iPhone X. My internet is working fine my Facebook is fine. Contacted everyone but no one has an answer on how to fix it.

I could care less about 9th cousin 3 X removed. Then when I have to join Facebook to use the app. was when I didn’t need it.

Worked great until a few days ago when the app made me link again to my FaceBook page. Problem is I have 2 and it won’t let me link to the correct one. It wants to link to my business page. On my iPad it works fine because it gave me an option of which page to link. Please fix! Thanks. Others in some of my genealogy groups are having the same problem.
Why the Facebook link required?

I enjoyed this app for quite some time until recently when I can no longer get into the App without allowing it access to my Facebook. Why is this now required? So it went from a 4-5 star rating down to 1 and I will likely be deleting it
Entertaining, but extremely inaccurate

If you know another person who uses this app, you can compare your daily “celebrities”, and you’ll quickly see you and your friend are getting almost the exact same ones. They may be a few days apart, but if this app can find any way to say you’re related to someone, no matter how improbable, it will make the connection. It doesn’t matter that the given date of birth would make a woman FIVE YEARS OLD when her alleged “offspring” was born. Out of the 40+ celebrities this app has given me, even a cursory attempt to verify the connection has shown all but 4 of them are completely inaccurate. Even if you give the ancestor pathway a thumbs down for being inaccurate, the app still continues to send you more notifications using the exact same wrong information. If you’ve been using it already, see if these names look familiar: Marilyn Monroe, Barack Obama, Lady Gaga, George Washington, Kanye West, Chris Evans, Abraham Lincoln... these are only a few of the ones my friends and I have all gotten. Also, there is supposed to be a way to compare your family tree to that of a friend on Ancestry, it doesn’t work. Regardless of how many times you and your friend send invitations to each other and accept them, no one ever shows up on your list if friends using the app. There is no support for this app, either. Zero.

So aggravating so very aggravating when you can’t link your Facebook profile with a different email address to an ancestry account with another one it is literally so aggravating

Why do you all of a sudden need access to my Facebook. There seems to be no way to opt out so I am finished with it.
