It’s nice that they made an app. It’s too bad it’s mostly useless. You can see your schedule, but trying to add a client to your schedule is tedious and not very easy.

I have to say this app is very underwhelming in both its mobile-friendly compatibility and functionality. Half the schedule screen is unviewable and is more time consuming then going to my laptop and using the online software. This app needs an overhaul if its going to get 5 star ratings.

As a business owner I like the app because it makes it easy for me to look at the schedule and to see how many clients are coming to class. it’s also convenient to go in the back end and look at either of the batch reports or you have to pull a client information. My instructors find to easier to view their class and clients or if they have to add a substitute. it is a little difficult to scroll through the calendar, It’s a bit sloppy design. I think that it could be designed bit better, and would be nice to modify or add classes from the app.

They will not compete with other scheduling systems until they change the app interface. Terrible. You cannot book appointments or unavailable time on it! Which... is the point of a scheduling app.

Our company recently switched over to this software for scheduling patients and I have to say that there iOS app is by far the most under developed crappy piece of software ever. You can’t see the patient names once scheduled, it’s SLOOOOOOW as heck when using it on the latest device and fastest internet connection so I can only imagine what others might go through when using it. It is by far the least user friendly app when it comes to usage. Overall I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend it to anyone looking to switch.

Please work on this App. As a business owner who uses this app daily, it is terrible. It takes a long time to check clients out, there is no flexibility in making appointment changes, the tip process is not client friendly. Scrolling through to pick a time slot is time consuming and takes way too long. We need to be able to change the appointment without having to cancel the whole thing first. There should be a interface for the client to choose their tip amount We need to be able to add products or other items at checkout Please fix the app, everything has gone mobile, we need the same features that are on the regular version Thanks

Aside from small bugs, I REALLY hate that the app cuts off my music when I open it. It never used to do that. As a trainer, I am usually playing music off my phone trying to check the class list and it kills the music (and the mood). Please please remove whatever y’all did because it’s dumb.

Why would any business user want to use this? It's slow to start, slow to load, slow to execute most actions and is not reliable at all. As a previous user mentioned, it is also very limited in functionality. App needs to be re engineered and redesigned fast.
