Very Challenging

I have had nothing but difficulty with this app and it’s ability to load quickly and function optimally. I often have to delete it and reload it from the App Store and it never works effectively with clients. Poor design.

Buyer beware! Tech support for the app is atrocious. I’m n the midst of a nor’easter and need to cancel night classes. Went into the app to cancel and it cancelled the class but never notified anyone. Went into it to try to retrieve the client lust but couldn’t. Called tech support and they wouldn’t help up retrieve the client list and also would waive the 2 cents a text message so that we could at least contact who we thought were on the list so they’re notified. Total BS and actively looking to leave this system. Shame on u!

As an employee I hate this app. It is constantly crashing, won’t load, won’t let me add availability to my schedule or add any notes. I am constantly checking the App Store to make sure it’s not due for any updates- maybe once I update it then it will work right. Nope. There’s no in app troubleshooting either. Nothing to click on for FAQ or give instructions on how to use the app. Really not a fan.
Would be amazing if it seize up all the time!

It’s a great app when it works properly, amazing in fact. However it constantly freezes so I need to restart my phone to use it on a daily basis which ends up being time consuming and very inconvenient! Please fix the bugs!!!!!
