WellMate makes it very simple. Forget fad diets - if you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. WellMate helps track what one really takes in and what one really burns. Once you get in the rhythm of using it, you’ll lose weight. Best part is I don’t have to give up any types of food and I can always buy more calories by working out.
I want to love this tracker! It’s beautiful to look at, simple yet powerful to use, and flexible. No account signup or reoccurring fee is a major plus. But, you can’t track all nutrients and vitamins in foods. That’s a bummer. Suggestions: Add all nutrients and vitamins to extended nutrition. Add alcohol and caffeine to extended nutrition data. Add sodium, sugar warning when over limits. That will make it a five star app. Add the above and barcode scanning and I’d pay $10 for the app. Without scanning I think the app is worth at least $5!
I tried all calories and meals trackers and this is definitely the best. No hidden fees, no useless features. The only problem with it is that it's export function crashes the app on all of my devices. 5 stars if they fix it.
Started using it today and I am already hooked. Calories count needs correction in several simple items. For example, I added the sugar in an small cup of coffee and resulted in several hundreds kcal. I think that there is a confusion somewhere. Found other items, maybe added by users, where the kcal count doesn’t make sense, unless you consider them as calories instead. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue, it is a great piece of work. I am using it but disregarding the senseless calories count in some instances. I will change to 5 stars as soon as this is corrected.
I love this app. It helps me track and keep up healthy habits. Can't wait to go to the gym and eat healthy now!
The design is a little behind the times. I struggle to see how I would benefit from this over myfitnesspal, it does the same thing.
Great app with lots of features! The design could use a little work but generally a great app!
I recently realized that workout tracking is not enough, I need to monitor both calorie intake and my workout. This app is very convenient to track both.
I've tried every health app out there and this is by far my favorite!! Everything is in one place and it's so easy to understand
