I dont like all the features of normal budget apps. I make a category for each part of my budget (bills/food/entertainment/etc). When I get paid I add to it, when I spend I subtract. Simple and easy!

I started an exercise and healthy eating plan in January and got back to using this app again. I use the daily journal and love that I was able to customize a template to record all the things that are important to me (bedtime/wake-time/sleep quality, nutrition, diet splurges, and so on). I also customized a body weight tracker to keep track of weight and inches lost and an activity tracker to record my exercise and other activity. It helps me be accountable and has been a big part of my health and wellness success! I also love that I can go back in time and see what worked for me in the past and how far I e come. Highly recommend!

I like this app a lot for tracking all my fitness goals. I also use the journaling portion. Can also set reminders in the app, to drink water or exercise or whatever. I keep tracking pics within the journal part. And the calendar with weighing days is so useful. I’d rather see my weight on the calendar

Unlike others there is no food database. So every entry of calories is manual, ie you enter 26 calories, not start with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt non-fat and that enters calories. Also difficult to figure out how to kill auto renew.

I have just begun using all the Lumen trails apps and so far they have been easy to use and very helpful. I will update my review of all programs when I make full regular use of programs.
