Helps me stay on task! – Weight Tracker+ Food Journal Review

I started an exercise and healthy eating plan in January and got back to using this app again. I use the daily journal and love that I was able to customize a template to record all the things that are important to me (bedtime/wake-time/sleep quality, nutrition, diet splurges, and so on). I also customized a body weight tracker to keep track of weight and inches lost and an activity tracker to record my exercise and other activity. It helps me be accountable and has been a big part of my health and wellness success! I also love that I can go back in time and see what worked for me in the past and how far I e come. Highly recommend!
