App crashes constantly

Gddf4d

I use the Apple Watch to run. The App crashes right before I can”rate my run” and then doesn’t record the run at all. I have the latest download and have tried to contact support multiple times without any response. There are apparently still a lot of bugs in this app please fix this! I’m tired constantly running only to have no proof of ever doing the workout in he first place!

Updated version is much improved

PhotoAnnieM

There were a lot of glitches in past versions. The updated version is better. Makes running bearable.

Enjoy the app but..

DCJSalesman

I enjoy the application and workouts but the constant annoyance of being asked to upgrade to premium is ridiculous. I paid for the app, I don’t want to be asked 10 times a day and when I open if I want to upgrade to premium.

Play list..

Marcos Coria

I paid for the premium and I notice that the music is always the same.. I play one play list yesterday and I played the same list two weeks later same music no new mixes...

Good app, hate the ads!

Indy1119

App has potential. Definitely motivated me to start running. But there are issues! What is the difference between the free and pro app? I still see “upgrade to premium” ads on the pro version which is very annoying when I want to document my water intake. And I initially started with the free version but also paid for the pro version of the app. Is there a way to import data from free app to the pro app? What’s the point of paying money to buy a PRO app when nothing about it is worth it?!! Update- figured out how to synchronize between free and paid app. You need to register for a red rock account or use your Facebook account. But the ads on the pro app are still annoying.

So many annoying glitches

PhotoAnnieM

The update of this app is really annoying. I get a request to upgrade every single time I use it, even though I paid for the pro version. I don’t see any benefit for what I already paid for. Also, the old version used to keep the lock feature from engaging. With this version, the lock screen for my phone comes on every 30 sec, even though I have it set for 2 min. This is annoying if you are on a treadmill. It also used to pause whatever you were listening to whenever the app gave instructions or an update. Now, the app voice just lays over whatever you are listening to. So, it becomes this impossible dance of unlocking your phone, while adjusting the treadmill speed, trying to hear the app voice over music, and then rewinding your podcast etc. Its hard to focus on the workout itself.

Craps out with Apple Watch but great with iPhone

akd8505

I love this app when I use it with my phone but when I use it with my Apple Watch alone, it craps out every time with about 15 or maybe even 11 minutes to go and then it’s as though the run never happened and there’s no record of the run when you get home and try and look at your watch or your phone. I paid the full year and regret it due to this but am hoping they can fix the Apple Watch glitches because it’s got great features.

Ok for a plan

Bandnmom

I like the plan but the app is disappointing. You enter your weight but it disappears. You never see your progress. I got the premium hoping for more but the only extras you get are the recipes and the ability to use music. Not worth it to me.

So many ads when I already paid.

#travistravistravis

I recognize you’d like your customers to upgrade to the membership, but I’m finding frustration with the basic app that I question if I should just try another. There are features I like, such as the music playlists, but since I can’t lock my screen it’s a dirty disco maelstrom that I just use my phones music player. Thanks for making this neat app though, with exception to the frustrations, overall, I’ve enjoyed trying it out so far!

Music not working

whiskeytangomom

If I could get the music to Work it would be perfect
