la aplicación tiene muchas fallas de seguridad. No deja loggearte, y tardan muchísimo en solucionar los problemas. Llevo mas de 24 horas sin poder entrar a mi cuenta, y estuve al menos 12 horas antes sin poder hablar con nadie. el equipo del soporte técnico no responde. mejor usen LINE APP
Worst issues using the app

When I first downloaded wegamers I had verified my account but when I redownloaded the app to my new phone I wasn’t able to login with my email. So I submitted a ticket after trying to reset my password several times. In total I’ve submitted 3 tickets trying to get help with this issue however the responses are all the same “please send you nickname/id” and it hasn’t been resolved. My last response from a tech support was to make sure the app is updated, which it is, I’ve even reinstalled it twice... so since the issue wasn’t resolved I submitted a new email to try and be reverified and well just my luck, I’m still not a verified WeGamers user. I might delete my account, if possible, or disuse the app completely

Seems just like the game Lords Mobile, Wegamers is more concerned in helping only the Asian players. The so called “free bundles” are only released when Asian players are mostly online

Bugging high
This app is great. I love being able to share screenshots of stuff with my guild and earning points to redeem for useful game items. One issue that I cannot figure out is since I updated I have a problem with seeing text in the Mod board. I am an R4 and when my guild leader writes on the Mod board the text is white on a bright yellow background! The only way I can read it is if I tap and hold so the menu comes up because then it highlights the text box in a grey color. Changing my background doesn’t do anything to the text background. I asked other R4s but they are seeing his text as black on a yellow background. Help!

As a chat, it rates ok. The app itself is nicely laid out, albeit a little confusing at times in finding things or opening correct screens. However, the app is also billed as a reward centered app in which you can build up in game credits to use in games offered by IGG. This part of the app is basically a scam. The points accrued are usable only in a limited offered bundle system. The problem with the bundles are very few are offered and unless you are on 24/7, the bundles are all “sold out” in a very short time period. So, the reward aspect is a fraud. Ok app with possibilities but as billed a total scam and waste of time.
Used to be good but now the packs are gone before you can even log on

The site is a bit confusing and a lot of the conversations are not game related and inappropriate especially for kids. But as far as being able to communicate with your guild that part is great
