Started using the app for the points it gives to get rewards packs. The points system was good initially, then they changed it several months ago to minimize the number of points you get. Now, it’s essentially worthless. Garbage app, really.

This is a great app but it seems like they have so many bugs that not All of them can be resolved I have had this bug on my app for two weeks where I cannot see messages in group chats at all I am tired of it I have lost my mod out of groups because of this!! Wegamers help!!!

Game Account integration: There are certain games that you can actually sync your account in this app to have your guild chats in this app instead. It’s pretty neat. 5/5 Chat system: This app makes your chat system a lot easier in experience with a “texting style” format of the chat system. Sending photos, sound the battle siren. Love it 5/5 Point and rank system: They have a reward system where you can manually check in at each group you’re a part of to collect points, not including checking in with your own account in which if you make a 7 day streak, you will get a bonus additional on top of what you will already get. You also get points randomly in the chat the more the chat is active. Redeem these points for special bundles they have for your game when you sync your account. Games like Lords Mobile usually has an average of 2-3 different bundles you can get not including other bundles you get free if you accomplish certain tasks. 5/5 User interface & software: This is what hurts me the most. The user interface is sluggish and drab. The keyboard is stretched out to fit the screen. The app visually isn’t appealing nor is it truly optimized for iOS and some androids. It doesn’t utilize the OLED displays as it should and the feedback is lagging from inputting response. The idea of the app is cool. It’s a great accessory, but it should be improved on. Most people I know who play IGG games such as Lords Mobile May try it but over time leave the app totally because of the fact is the software is lacking and can be annoying. Honestly, I believe these features should be integrated in their game like some other games do. This would place them on top of competitors due to the fact that the game combined with this app social system and it’s rewards, but until they optimize the OS and make it more stable I can’t really rate it a 5 star app when you guys may end up doing just like the rest and leaving it.

It’s good when it actually works. It lags all the time now and won’t load half the time. When I make posts 1/2 of it disappears during writing. There needs to be an update because nothing is working.

If you experience any issues, just get used to them. The customer service is worse than Walmart, or an equally terrible corporation. You get pre-generated responses, and no human interaction. Better yet, you get the same responses, and the chat is closed, no matter how many times you submit the feedback(which is what it tells you to do for problems), and try to fix it. If I cared enough, I’d spend more of my time and contact a legitimate human being about my technical problems. However, with their latest updates, they have turned many casual users away from this app due to point changes/rules and bugs. Way to “fix” what wasn’t broken. I’ve been addressing my problem for a couple of weeks, giving the same information, every time. Still at square 1. Moral of the story-absolute garbage customer service.

Used to not sync properly with the game but you got a lot of points to get bundles. Now they redid the point structure without warning and it’s not really worth the effort. The points received are low and maybe once every 3 or 4 months you will get enough for a package. It syncs fairly well meh. Line app is more fun. I barely get points here anyway...

Idk why but now my app won’t sync to my guild chat. It’s always glitching and bugging out. There are always issues. I have 75 people to keep track of in my guild. I think I will be requesting they all switch to discord or line.
