What a cool way to capture the big day

We were super excited to use this service, and it has been hassle free. The videos submitted by friends are so much fun to watch afterwards, and the app works great!
Super slow at video upload

This app has been trying to upload a video of mine for TWO DAYS! I tried to report a problem directly to them, but it won’t allow me to “send” the message, so I came here to write a review. Help! My friend should get to see her wedding photos and videos!

My friend recently got married and had set up use of the app through storymix media. I was able to take countless video of her wedding day on my phone and it went right to her personal account with storymix! It was so easy and it felt great to be able to participate in such a big day for her, I can't wait to use this when my sister gets married!

Considering using it for my wedding. Two immediate bugs: when I tried to record video, it reminded me that I should be on landscape but I couldn't because I had portrait locked. But I didn't realize that was the problem for a minute and there was no way to back out of the video taking (it was darkened with no way of exiting back to the menu). Then when I did take off the lock and successfully took some basic video, the menus were all stuck in landscape mode and I couldn't force it to swivel back to portrait.

Wouldn't let me take photos at my son's wedding! Only vids...disappointing!

The app is a good idea in theory but after I spent money on it I can not say I even understand how this works. A week before my wedding I don't have time to even figure out it works so at this point it's just wasted money...I'm partially to blame for that but I'm too stressed to care.
