Everything is deleted

I really liked this app and the ease of use until I connected my account to my fiancé’s. As soon as that happened it deleted all my potential venue locations and now I can’t even find the options for my wedding dresses. I have tried restarting and relogging in but still everything is gone. I have never been so angry in my life. I have spent nearly 3 weeks making selections to find that all my hard work has been destroyed. Until they fix this I would tell anyone to stay away. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I am.

Gerry was the best!! He was super receptive to our planning input and he was great during the day of our wedding reception. He read the room perfectly to play the right music at the right time. I would recommend him for any event! Thanks for making our big day perfect.

Your update deleted all my my progress on you app. I wish I never relied on leaving my stuff on here and not on paper. If I where anyone else don’t trust this app. Now I have no information on my wedding on here.

Over all the app has been great. One thing I don’t like or possibly haven’t been able to figure out is when you put together the guest list it automatically lists everyone to attend every event. I would rather be able to list what each guest and/or their connected family members will be invited to. Also when you do a query for vendors it doesn’t keep the date you’re looking at saved. Our wedding is 15 months out and I have to go through the months one by one every time. Even if it’s just an adjustment on the same query.

Britni made our engagement picture experience so fun and easy! For two people that don’t take pictures together often she made it seem like we do it all the time. Not only did she catch genuine laughs on camera, there were so many off camera as well! I can’t wait to see what she does for my bridal photos and wedding!

Wedding wire was hard to navigate to begin with but I thought I would try it. It grew on me and I even used the website and guest list feature for my RSVP’s. I had them ALL printed with the website on it. I handed my invitations and RSVP’s out to a couple of close family members and when they tried to RSVP their names wouldn’t pop up when searched. I tried it with a lot of the names on my guest list that was entered and NONE of them showed up when searched. Now I have to completely restart with new RSVP’s, a new app, a new website, and new everything. Not to mention the money that I’m going to have to spend to get them reprinted.

Wedding planning has been awesome with the wedding wire app! Instead of having someone plan it, it helps me plan and stay on track and get my tasks done!! I’d be lost without it!!

The App is Garbage!

They made huge changes a few months back or so. Ever since then it has been impossible to add guests or plus ones. They duplicate or they don’t show up correctly. It’s impossible to do anything since they made their changes. They tried to make the advances needed to keep up with modern times, and they made it worse. It made my wedding planning miserable!

I’m young, and I have no idea how to plan a wedding lol. But thanks to wedding wire I am getting it done! Some small bumps in the road but I would 10/10 recommend
