Does not have all locations

I deleted this app because it does not show me anything near me. I live in a large city but it shows everything for another city over 100 miles away. Not very useful.

I just started using this app but I already see room for improvement. There should be an option to download guest list into a csv file. Also, not everyone’s wedding is a family event. You should be able to eliminate “baby and child” as an option when you are having folks complete the guest information.
Bothersome Social Aspect; Great for Planning

Maybe because I’m not extroverted and polite, but this app would have gotten more stars if it wasn’t a social site mixed together with planning tools for weddings. I rather love how everything is laid out, ease of use, it’s mobile app and desktop versions. Personally, I wish the admins would have introduced a block feature, but again, that’s just me.

Planning a wedding is fun but stressful. I knew I was gonna need some help but didn’t want to pay or be hounded by wedding planners. So a friend suggested a wedding planning app I’d heard of a few Zola tie the knot and a few others so to the App Store I went to do my research and read reviews. Wedding wire had the most positive feedback and seemed like the perfect app for me. From the moment I downloaded the app I knew it was good for me. Super organized and allowed me to have a starting place. But I loved how it took my days till wedding and organized a checklist to keep me on track. I would suggest tweaking a few things for example booking you venue should be at the top of your list as most place book up to a year in advance. But so far so good and soon I will test out the guest app to see if it will monitor my guest and allow rsvp to occur.

I am a project manager in the construction industry so I thought this would be easy to do on my own. I quickly became overwhelmed receiving vendor quotes for an insane amount of money. Crying in my family group chat my aunt referred me to wedding wire. Immediately I found an AMAZING photographer for under $2,000!!!! I quickly set every thing else up and even made our wedding website. This makes it so easy to have everything on one place and helps me manage my wedding! Thank you WeddingWire!

My daughter got married October 5th 2019 at Debbies Celebration Barn! Debbie and Denny have a beautiful property and a huge barn which are decorated with thousands of lights. We walked in the door of the barn in April of 2018 and immediately said “this is it!” No need to look at any other venue! As we started the planning Debbie and Denny were a wealth of knowledge, from venders, DJ, Officiants.... I live in Colorado so I didn’t know where to start. Thank God I had them to help with the planning. The day of the wedding everything went smoothly. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful Debbies Celebration Barn is!

Better than theknot

I started using theknot to plan my wedding, but I switched to wedding wire. I like wedding wire better because it allows me to customize my own website. I have more freedom with WeddingWire. The down size, WW url for the website is too long. Second, the budget category is not very easy to use. Overall, I like it, and I am sticking with it.

Why does it constantly refresh on its own? When doing a search for a vendor, once I send a message to a vendor, pressing the “back to search results” button brings me back to the top of the list. So if I was on page 5 of 11, pressing back from a profile brings me back to the top of page 1 and then the user has to navigate back to the 5th page. Very annoying
