Misleading Reviews

WeddingWire only keeps reviews of customers who are in contract with a vendor. Does not provide a full and honest review of the vendors. I had a terrible experience reaching out to a vendor but wedding wire deleted my comment because they couldn’t verify it. Yet all the paid for, fake, reviews are allowed? Peace out, I’m deleting my account.
This app is the best for a bride!

I started using this app to help keep myself organized while wedding planning. I started getting on the forums to get advice on some things that I needed help with. People continuously bashed everyone because they didn’t like their ideas. It isn’t their wedding and that’s not what the user asked. They said blue or pink, not should I do this or am I dumb?. I finally said something about how we all need to encourage each other and support each other’s ideas, not tear them down. Not only did I get snarky comments on it, my post got deleted for “violating community guidelines”. So disappointed that my positive attitude was not allowed, yet the snarky comments are. I deleted it.

Wedding wire has been so helpful for me being able to find everything I need at my fingertips! It is quick and easy for a person who likes to plan ahead!
How come your app only gives options to get married in certain countries?

Right off the bat there are only selections for certain countries to get married in while filling out the information form. Would be nice if they listed all the countries or left it open. Not everyone gets married in the stereotypical wedding destinations.
Can’t add partner

You are able to send a link for your fiancé to download but cannot add profiles (in the app itself) you must use a desktop to perform this action. While adding your partner is an option, linking previous account is not one. App is very limiting.
They need to monitor their discussion section better

Wedding Wire is pretty useful for brides, I loved the venue search tool. But I asked a question in the forum and was attacked by the other users on Wedding Wire. This really should be monitored better. People are just downright mean on the app and it creates a very negative atmosphere. Very disappointed with this experience.
Not favorable for all ceremonies

My fiancé and I are having a Celtic/Nordic themed handfasting and I downloaded the app for direction and suggestions. While it was great for direction as far as the checklist it really lacked in the suggestion department.

I love most parts of this app. I wish it had more to help plan like color schemes (the website has this but not the app) and song lists. It would also be nice if it had more dresses and bridesmaids dresses.
