I love Webull. This is my first experience in stock trading and Webull helped a lot to make it easy. It has a good community who helps you to learn about stocks and trading techniques. I was successful in Webull and my ROI for 2019 is about 20%. I like the setup how everything is shown in the main screen.

No landscape feature for iPad

What a pita to not have thought of giving this iPad version a landscape feature. Can be a five star review but because of this one little missing feature I can only give it one.

I signed up for Webull thinking it would be a simple process like it is for Robinhood, but it’s anything but simple. I was able to create an account, but my account was in auditing status for a week. When I asked customer service why my account was still in auditing status, they just sent me a link to a list of possible reasons. The only thing that was simple about this process was cancelling. Terrible app and terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Waited over a week for my application to get approved and it never happened. So I deleted the app without having the chance to try it. Not happy

Nothing annoys me more than a really good company having bad customer service... no phone number and the employees are not reasonable. If you want to grow as a company, then improve your customer service.

Set my SL but it didn’t fill when price dropped. Data froze when others trading make me lose the opportunity to take profit while I can. Slow platform all I can say. Not recommended.
