They do not keep their word on stock reward. May offer more in depth searches and comment sections. all in all robinhood wins in my trial run. It shouldn’t take more than a week to settle your reward stocks. Robinhood settles them within 2-3 days - where as it’s been over 2 weeks for webull.

Not noob user friendly and how long does it take to get your FREE STOCK????!

I was excited for webull and their holiday free stock promotions....well what a thud, I’m just waiting and waiting and waiting for their promised FREE STOCKS from their promotions...it is amazing that Robinhood has no problem with their promotions and free stocks but WeBull just can’t seem to get things right... For a newer trader webull is not very user friendly and takes quite some time to figure out. However a positive note is I like their news updates and many of their charts, graphs and overall information about the stocks.

I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS AND HAVE USED TOP TIER TRADING PLATFORMS BUT THIS IS THE GOAT. PUTS BLOOMBERGS AND REDIS EMS TO BED. TIP MY HAT TO YOU GUYS! KEEP UP THE IMPROVEMENT. MAYBE SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MOBILE CHARTS BUT OHTER THAN THAT ITS SPECIAL!

High hopes, disappointment

I asked a very straight forward question about the new deposit bonus. Unfortunately, their customer service gave a quite sarcastic remark almost ignoring my question entirely. I was referred to the FAQ, which I had already consulted and found no answer. And the 3 links I was referred to in the FAQ, still did not hold the answer. WHAT A SURPRISE WEBULL WHY DO YOU THINK I ASKED MY QUESTION. SMH. I am perplexed by the inability of this company to answer a simple, straightforward question in a timely manner and will not be trusting this platform with my money anymore. I thought this would be a better alternative to Robinhood, however I was very quickly shown wrong.

I signed up for the app through referral and I was told I am going to get 2 free stock. On Webull app it’s says I got two free stock but pending. Webull said they will give me the stock after 7 business days that was three weeks ago.

the good app is easy to use. plenty of info. referral bonus doesn't give you good stocks usually so don't expect much, but hey it's free. trading is easy the bad no website that you can use only purchase stocks no mutual funds etc super slow verification when opening accounts and deposits the really bad promotions..... took me over two weeks to create an account and make a deposit. by the time my deposit cleared i had missed my window to get the gift card promotion by one or two days. i contacted the help desk and they said they would manually approve. week later nothing. contacted again and they said promotion expired. i explained whole situation again and they said they'll find out and forward to marketing again. we'll see what happens. but honestly it's a lot of work for less than what other companies give for promotions.

Many bugs since last month and it’s getting worst, started to withdraw last week but did not go through, I just canceled it and started another withdraw and did not go through, I was trying to cancel and order failed, was trying to sell failed, who is responsible for my loss?

Options beta not working on my app

I got an email from Webull today inviting me to test webull’s options trading. I followed all the instructions and updated my app. However, the options trading button is not there.. I felt frustrated..

Need better UI/UX...

I switched from Robinhood and there’s no going back. Webull has all the necessary tools to trade properly. I see Robinhood like a gambling app now. The only thing Robinhood is better at is the UI/UX of their app. I would like to see Webull redesigning the app will thicker fonts, popping colors... I’ll upgrade this review when I see those features.
