Really easy to get started, and love that it auto connects to public Wi-Fi so I’m always protected.

I'm very disappointed with this app. When connected it seems to do well. But when I turn the phone off and then back on, or when I connect to a new wifi network, it does not restart. At a minimum, I have to agree to renew my subscription automatically. Every time! Once should be enough. Most of the time I have to re-enter my password also. *Extremely* annoy! Unless I remember to constantly check to see if my VPN is working, I cannot depend on this protecting me. Almost worthless as a security app IOW. I cannot recommend this app. I have switched to the new AT&T VPN and am trying that. Unfortunately it's just for my phone so I'm still running this on my iPad and computers. And cussing vehemently every time I have to re-enter my password. I will switcH to another VPN service on those as soon as I find one I like and can trust. Webroot, I'm rapidly loosing faith in ALL your programs and services. I cannot express how angry I am that your password toolbar for Firefox has been broken for OVER A YEAR!!!! Now this. Get your stuff together or go the way of the Dodo bird. I hope your anti-virus is still working.

Absolutely pathetic product. App won’t stay logged in, doesn’t work with iCloud Keychain or a major password manager. VPN disconnects frequently. Charged twice, still no service.

I bought this based on the excellent WEBROOT product I have used for years. The WIFI security is very poor. Had to keep logging in....the VPN Protection would suddenly disappear. This product didn’t work more than it actually worked. The one star is only because no stars is not an option. Don’t buy.

I have an iPhone 8+, iPad Pro and an HP laptop with Windows 10. I have used Webroot Anywhere for years and when I saw Webroot Security VPN I bought it. Everything works well. As for support, the Webroot Community and Support works well. The only thing that is annoying is that on the PC version, it asks me to agree to the terms every time. The Apple App version doesn’t. Other than that everything is great at home and everywhere I go. I see this as a “must have” especially to compliment the other Webroot products. Good show!

Awesome VPN with a few bugs

I purchased Webroot for my trip to China and I just say I was impressed! While many of the other members in my group could not get their VPNs to connect, Webroot was slow, but successful, and worked exactly as I expected. In the US, this is one of the fastest connecting VPNs I have seen, and very simple to use, however it still has a few annoying bugs... The app will occasionally log me out randomly if it has not been used for a few hours, and there is no option (as far as I can find) that will keep me logged in. I assume this is for security reasons, but a toggle to keep me logged in would make this a 5 star review!

Every time I go to connect it says to push accept on the next screen for the VPN. Well there isn’t a next screen and I am unable to connect. Thanks for letting me waste my money

Useful both @ home & work WiFi, but FACE-ID integration seems to now be an OBVIOUS REQUIREMENT, facilitating BOTH ease of use & security!
