Works great on my laptop, however every time I try to log in on my app it crashes. Please fix

The VPN is always trying to reconnect. It is not a reliable one click always on source. The VPN was included with their antivirus. These issues are the same on the computer as well. I am not interested if it gets fixed or not. This will be my last bundled subscription.

I’d give this less stars if I could. Were should we begin! 1.) it took me three months to get access to my purchase for a year because it didn’t register that I bought it even though it took my money. 2.) it only works 50% of the time and when it does work it’s not that fast. 3.) it doesn’t allow you to use any of the streaming services at all. I can’t get it to work with Hulu, Disney +, prime video or any of them. And you can’t even open a ticket on the forum because it requires you to pick a topic but when you pick a topic it takes you to a page that thinks will help you instead of letting you post your own. Spend your money on a better vpn that will work.

It constantly needs to be reconnected and many times it doesn’t work for no reason on all devices. They have very poor customer tech support. Why do you security questions like a number code to ask for help? Don’t buy.

It crashes a lot. Tries to restore the connection and then drops it again. If the constant disconnects are not fixed in the next ten months I will move over to another VPN service. I’ve been using Webroot for VPN for 12 months now and the virus protection for five years.

Cant log in

HELP ME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

I have 3 device coverage plan but when I tried to connect and reset my password through. It never emailed me my password reset.

I couldn’t log in. Contacted tech support- you were rude and not very helpful. I couldn’t gat logged in so I give it a one star.

I downloaded this app and was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my gym and it popped up with the message “you’ve joined an unsecure network and are now being protected by Webroot”. I feel a lot more protected and I love how I don’t even have to think about it.

I received the app for free for a year to test. Really easy to use. I like the auto vpn feature to protect you on unsecured networks.

I purchased service before 7 day trial ended and was charged for 1 year. I have apple receipt and credit card charge. After 7 days The app says renew now and will not work. If I click the renew button it says my subscription will renew in October 2019 when my current one ends ! However, the app says my subscription expired and I need to renew. It does this on Windows and iPhone.
