Terrible changes

peanut music

Why did you change this? It doesn’t let you pick the part of the body, and if you say you’re in pain it doesn’t ask things like “is it dull, achy, sharp?” Etc. That’s important to know! It brought up things that were irrelevant because it didn’t ask enough questions PLUS I couldn’t put what sides my pain was on. I don’t like the changes. You should change it back. This new version it no good.

Limited symptom checker

kputch01

I have sore calf muscles and that symptom is not available. It’s more difficult to find answers to the symptoms. The symptoms are lacking. I don’t know, I’m just disappointed. It has not helped me at all since the new design. ☹️ I don’t see how I can come back to use this now that the symptoms are lacking definition.

Symptom checker ruined

Quark Gluon Plasma

I wanted to use the symptom checker and was surprised the app wasn’t downloaded. I downloaded it and then remembered why I deleted it. The new symptom checker is simply awful. It wants you to match your symptoms against an auto completing list. If you don’t describe your symptoms "correctly", you will see a completely different set of possible conditions. There’s no guidance and no inquiry whatsoever. Then it asks for medications and past conditions. Neither is very complete. Your final list of possible conditions is not weighted by how common the condition is, so you may find #1 to be something obscure.

Lone star lung &sleep clinic

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My father’s doctor recently moved to a different hospital where my father had doubts due to visiting the same staff and building for over 3 years now. We could not ask for more. The office is very clean and the staff will make you feel right at home. Dr. Paresh Patel has helped my father for many years. His willingness to worry and care for my father is great. Great staff and great location. Good luck guys on you’re new journey!

Update 5/25/18: New Symptom Checker issues

Jaraivy

I agree with all the others in that the new symptom checker is terrible. I loved it for the human body picture mostly because I’m no dr and do not know how to verbally/ describe what I’m actually looking for, but having a picture there that was able to point at was so simple yet genius. No need for the app any more. It’s a shame, I’ve been using this app for at least 8 years.

Needs improvement

Steevie Kicks

Doesn’t recognize the majority of prescribed medications and has no options to input blood pressure, temperature, or heart rate.

Used to understand

After the update, and removing the human figure, it became confusing. The human figure allowed for my symptoms to come up, but now i have to search them, and sometimes can’t find the proper word for what I’m looking for, while with the figure it gave the words to me.

Overall good but disappointed in Disease searches

Turtle379

The app is good for basic information however it misses some key disease searches including things like Addison’s Disease. While many conditions are rare it would still be nice to have some basic information on more auto immune diseases albeit there are over 250+ known to man. Good for signs and symptoms and logging personal known maladies.
