Totally screwed up the symptom checker

Pineapple819

The WebMD app used to have the best ever symptom checker. Now since the updates where you have to type in your symptoms, it’s complete crap! You can’t get an accurate potential diagnosis for anything anymore. I’m deleting and looking for another app. WAY disappointed in how the developers have ruined what used to be a great app!

Quick easy informative

The Webmd app is great. Handy because it’s on my phone. Timely and informative articles and they are of a good length - long enough to educate, concise enough to read in a reasonable amount of time. The drug interaction tool is helpful. All around good app to have.

No help easily given

L.A. author

I wanted to stop my nose bleed and couldn’t easily find help, so I had to go elsewhere. Maddening.

I can always find answers faster with Web MD, just wish I could get the printed copy that’s in the offices.
