They get the information from another source. The information comes from Accu Weather, which is nothing more than a prediction/ best guess. No actual air samples are taken, they are just guessing. More disinformation, not truth or factually based!!!

The trees are budding and flowers are popping out and you guys have tree pollen as LOW??? And it has been low or non-existent for close to a week now. Are you kidding? This app is evidently not reliable at all. Don’t waste your time downloading.

I have had allergies really bad all my life I. Central Texas. This app has helped me to see when I am close to hitting my triggers that cause me problems. The accuracy is excellent and I have been in the know on my allergies since I got this app.

This app gives you much more information than any other app I have dealt with. I am allergic to so much and with this information I have been able to narrow what allergen causes what problems.

This is a MUST HAVE for you. I know what to expect daily because of this app. They send alerts of allergies on high days. That reminds me not to go on long walks in the forest or not to open my windows. I check my app daily. You should too! Thanks WebMd Allergy!

Please fix the watch app

Only real allergy app out there but sadly its mostly Broken the watch app especially just crashes at start up. Desperately in need of a full refresh but I guess with all that's going on and the stigma of having a running nose in the COVID age they have better things to do.
