Lousy meeting

I was called to the Grand Jury in DC. Their initial (required) meeting was today via Webex. I could not hear anyone for two hours. My speakers worked. Video was fine. I tried speakers, earpiece, two PCs and iPhone. I also dialed in by audio. No sound. Two hours wasted. Don’t know if it was Webex’s fault or the Court’s.

In the last I attempted to participate in meetings using an iMac and other computer and always seemed to have the computer freeze. Recently I purchased a 5th gen iPad and have not had any problems since.
Missing features

The ability to turn speaker on and off, is gone. Please bring this back. Dialing in to the call, and turning speaker off through your phone, instead of just being able to do it through the app, is not a replacement for this missing feature.

Can’t recognize that my account exists. I know it’s not my fault because on one device it does recognize me and the other it does not.

Sound was breaking up

Reason for my 4 star is the sound broke up for a little bit of time. It recovered reasonably quickly which is a good thing.
Good, but some latency

Great features but the audio has slightly more latency than I’d prefer compared to PC on same network.

The mute button only stays up for half a second I could not get on the call when I ask a question
