Sound quality is terrible for several people. Plus, system is not a simple click and go like Teams. Despite a meeting invite link. I have to add password with user name. Not a user friendly system!

Robert has been a very good presenter for Luxottica via Leonardo since it launched. Today with the Ignite 2022 cascade he moved to a great presenter. The interaction with Ron Lamar was also seamless, it gave us in the field who have not met him personally, good insight of the leadership he brings to the brand. I will be entering my 19 year with Target Optical, this cascade was more to the point of the brands direction with out the fluff. Best yet!

This presentation was very informative and painless. I had this class a few years ago before spine surgery and it was literally held in the classroom in hard backed chairs and this time it was in the comfort of my living room. Great improvement over the last time I had it. Bravo!! Jerolyn Nelson.

For exercise class: Image of self , Picture is very small, 1/6 the size of full screen. This makes it difficult to see myself and also the Image of the instructor.
