Why can’t you turn down the volume or go into private audio mode (not speaker) during conferences? This product has glaring deficiencies that are inexplicable for a corporate conferencing product. And Cisco does nothing to address the deficiencies. And why is the IM product (in Spark) so terrible? Why do meetings take minutes to connect to? And so many weird browser and app transitions? Using the product is too difficult — should just be able to connect immediately without all the drama.

No longer opens invite URLs from email or browser; says registration required. Cannot listen to audio without calling in our installing another app.

Just finished a meeting to complete configuration of a system from my campsite. System was flawless with mediocre LTE service. Having to attend a meeting when camping is another story.
Issues to be fixed ASAP

1. Unable to dial over internet or call me. Don’t work over WiFi or on Data. Literally missing meeting. 2. Every new update looses setup. Have to login all the way which is time consuming and being late to Meeting.
iPhone X issues

Since my upgrade to the iPhone X this app disconnects me consistently and without notice. Also mandatory auto-mute is ridiculous without the option to turn it off. I use the iPhone’s built in mute function, i don’t want or need the app to do it too.
