What happened to WebEx?

WebEx used to be the best online conferencing tool with the best features and support. Over the last few years Cisco has put all their effort into copying Slack and gutted WebEx support and development.
Not yet where it needs to be

The app is convenient but I think more needs to be done to make it seamless on an iPhone or iPad. These two add ons would be nice... 1) It would be nice to see the attendee list when I schedule a meeting. 2) I also have no idea if attendees have accepted forcing me to schedule a duplicate invite in my calendar or skip using Webex as the scheduling tool altogether 3) Add meeting to calendar functionality from the app would be great too!
App Crashing

I use WebEx on a daily basis in my job. The app has been good until recently when it started crashing on all of my devices. This is unacceptable during a training session. WebEx is only crashing on my Apple hardware. This is a real game changer if this app isn’t improved soon.

Why do I have to keep signing in, saying ‘yes’ to finger authentication every time I start this app from scratch? Please fix this. You have an agreement with Apple for deep integration in other ways. Why can’t this be addressed?

Almost unusable if you are working on the road from your iPhone. It’s impossible to change a meeting time. If you change a meeting in outlook, or in your mobile phone calendar, the change does not flow through. It’s impossible to have the app “call me” using the same mobile phone?! If you “call in” to the meeting on the same phone, the app doesn’t recognize you’re on the very call you just dialed in to and attempts to eject you from the meeting for app inactivity every few minutes. You can’t create a new meeting. Seriously this is a disgrace for Cisco. Appalling.

Once you get into the tool it works. However you need to login every time you use it, which is painful from a touch device. A huge improvement would be if it would remember your name, email, and the meeting url
