Good app, but load time is killing me

Overall a pretty nice weather app, load time on startup is painfully slow, I’m on an 11 Pro Max so it’s not the device. Also wish it showed the current temp and high/low for the day in the bold text at the top, not just the current temp.
Last design was better

What happened to this app? The last design was so much cleaner and better. Not a fan of this at all.

Reviewed v1 below long ago. The new version v2 is even better and is totally worth $10 per year given its utility and how often I use it. Happy to support the developers on this awesome app. The best. This is the best weather app I have found and I have tried many. The visual representation makes it easy and fast to see what's coming in the weather. Very well thought out and includes micro local weather forecasts. This has replaced Dark Sky for me.
Overpriced and slow

Disgustingly overpriced for full lifetime access. Dark Sky only cost me $5 and is just as accurate. Not paying these crazy prices. Very slow app load on launch too.

The old design was much better. Now the UI is clunky and takes forever to load. Not to mention the outrageous subscription price meanwhile other weather apps are a one-time cost.

I love my iPhone. I don’t love using multiple apps to give me all of the information or functionality I want. Dark Sky is the most accurate precipitation forecasting app I’ve used; amazingly accurate. I also used RadarScope because I liked the features and accuracy of their app better than any other I’ve seen or used. I wasn’t sure either way on the visual layout of the weather forecast; until I used this app. Details, details, details; the developer thought of them all, and included all of the right ones; but still customizable so you can tailor the info to your preferences. Ok, so how much does it cost for the best of all weather worlds within one app? Not much at all for such a great, all-in-one weather app. And, this is a completely stand alone app. No need to purchase Dark Sky, RadarScope.... This one covers them all. All of this, in an app that is more accurate and way more thoughtfully laid out than any of the “local” tv channel or similar apps. It deserves 10 stars ? Great job by the app developer ?

Pros: Weather line graph is a perfect concept, accurate sources, finally being updated. Devs are listening to users. Cons: devs are listening to users so I had to take time to update this review. No Watch/iPad support. No push alerts for severe weather despite subscription model. I miss the rain drawer and not having to scroll. Verdict: Getting warmer. Thank you.
