Can not change my personal data without crashing. Worked well for a day then when I was changing my personal data it crashed and would not reopen without crashing. I’ve tried everything from restating my phone and watch, deleting app, reinstalling, deleting the watch from my Bluetooth and even factory resetting the watch. Keeps crashing and it’s frustrating me.

App worked for a day and now crashes when I open it. Can’t change temperature from C to F. App is as worthless as the watch, would not recommend the watch then you won’t have to get the non working app
APP won’t stay open

Little frustrating when I’m trying to use APP with my phone and the APP keeps closing. I tried to send the issue from my phone, there is a place for issues, I keep getting failure to send. The instructions that came with the watch are in Chinese. I was able to to set it up without the instructions but very inconvenient.
The worst tracker ever

Don’t waste your money on this “made in China” garbage. I have to charge it every day or it dies. It said my heart rate was 106/71 when it was actually 145/92. I have an OMRON blood pressure cuff that was just calibrated with my doctors. Can’t depend on it at all.

Water proof and notifications work but every time I open the app it closes immediately

If I attempt to edit any data it closes out. Anytime I edit I have to uninstall and reinstall The app.

The watch is great! BUT...As soon as I put in my information when I go to SAVE the app crashes and won’t open again ☹️ Would be a fabulous watch if I could get the APP to work without crashing reinstalling is getting to be a pain Also I have a cheaper smart watch that sends me notifications for everything my phone does what’s up with that!

The SMS feature doesn’t appear to work with my iPhone XR(10). All other features seemed to work accordingly.

I like the digital watch face better because it is easier for me to see the numbers.

Instructions are not clear, nor are they translated well (to the point of just guessing). The app itself is confusing as well as how to use it with the smart watch. The settings I am still attempting to figure out.
