I can’t get it to connect with FB and it won’t let me create a login i just have to use direct access. I wish the app was more user friendly and needs more detailed instructions in English.
Tracks steps and heart rate but forget the other features

I totally agree with the other review. Have a native English speaker handle all English instructions. Many times you can’t figure out what they are trying to say. Some features on app do nothing. It’s a very basic device that is good for step tracking and checking heart rate. I would add good as a watch, but now mine is incorrect. It was an hour ahead so I synced it with the app and now it’s an hour behind. It’s inexpensive, so no problem. If you want more, buy something else. Oh, now time was corrected as I was writing this!

The “new login method” update doesn’t even work, its like they didn’t even beta test this update. You never get a verification code which you have 60s to receive and put, but you never get it, checked spam and tried a different email too. The other method is Facebook which in no way I'm connecting something like this to the privacy invader.

I got it charged. I got it to fit my wrist. I loaded the app. I got it to BIND once from the app. Now my Bluetooth connection in settings. Cannot connect to it. When I open the app, after one second the app just closes down. It has to stay open and connected to personalize all! The directions say to wear it for 48 hours before trying to do all this, so that's what I am doing now. Speaking of instruction manual, perhaps you can get an American to rewrite them. Very bad manual. It is very stylish.
Would not work on my bracelet

No customer support. Can not get the app to bind with my bracelet or show blood pressure.
Doesn’t connect to the app.

My band never comes up as one of the choices to connect to. It did for about the first two weeks, but stopped. Therefore my watch is continually set to the 24 hour time instead of 12 hour and I can’t change it. Disappointed with this. I would give it 5 stars if I could connect.

We purchased two units. Mine stopped working and did not measure the heart rate less then 24 hours after setting it up. My wife’s stopped working a day later. Total waste of time and money.
