Unsupported area??
Missmise
I don’t know where’s this carpool app is supported...I just travel thru 3 different states and each time I try to use the carpool app, I get a “unsupported area”screen pop up. I like the concept of carpooling while sharing cost but If i can’t use it in major big cities, what’s the point?

I have made the payment to the rider in cash. Now it’s not allowing me to book a ride. It’s been days raised till now not rectified.

Use code SHIHJ8dOsT for a free ride. You have more control of time and location than other apps and it's cheaper for riders. But system is still pretty buggy in non core areas like chat. But if you ignore the bugs, it's the best deal pricewise

There’s so many things wrong with this app: - It’s buggy. Many times you get error messages just trying to request a ride - Matching is unreliable. Many times you won’t get a match at all, sometimes after waiting for hours you get a match that will pick you up in 10 minutes. No way of knowing ahead of time what is happening. Scoop solved this problem by only matching riders with drivers once a day. - I recently got charged for a ride that didn’t take place. - Support is nonexistent - “willing to walk” option makes no sense, because a 10 Minute walk doesn’t make the life of the drivers any easier. 10 Minute walk is lime 30 seconds of driving. I hate this app and I hate that I have to use it. To think that the employees are sitting in a plush Google Office in California, making 200k/year to release this bug-ridden heap of trash, I get furious.
When can I use it??

I've waited months for this app to become available in Philadelphia. Not sure how much longer it will take. I will leave five stars when I can use it. I want to be able to help carpool with this app but I just need for it to come to Philly!

Much more organized than Uber or Lyft. A lot cheaper and more trustworthy in my opinion. My usual Uber or Lyft fare to work is $9-15. Waze carpool fair was $2. Met really nice people, they do this to help out since they don’t receive a lot of compensation.

The latest update is unbelievably annoying and terrible. I can’t even use the app anymore. Now it’s set up as if I’m only trying to find rides to work, and if I try to change it, it just mutes my ride (saying I muted it...?) and won’t let me change it back to “ride”. And why is it loading riders first before I can even update the ride?! Maybe then it wouldn’t take forever to load! Makes no sense!!! And why is it loading eeevvvverrrybody instead of just a few at time? It was better before!!!!
