Super frustrated - I seem to be stuck in an infinite loop of “Uh-oh” messages. I’m rating it because writing for help seems unnecessarily complex. Their “help” page is just an internal knowledge base. Not very helpful for this bug...

After the last 2 updates all I get is something went wrong and it won’t connect.
Can’t even register! Dud.

This app looks so great but I couldn’t even use it because after I login the app just shuts down on me and won’t even let me use it! Total waste of my time, even though it didn’t have to be:

Can’t even begin to use the app because every time I try to create an account, it says “uh oh something went wrong” and I can’t even use it. Garbage piece of sh*t.
Sign up process broken

I use Waze so it seen my name during the sign up. I picked my home and work location. Then I got to the part where I add my work email. I left the app the click the email I got. When I returned to the app it now hangs trying to connect and I can’t get past the loading screen now. I’ve deleted the app and installed it a few times. Once I click my name at the fresh install of the app it gets stuck in this endless connecting loop and says something went wrong try again.

I could update the rating eventually if I can get the app to work on a reliable basis. I want to sign up and use this service as I want to save time and especially money. However, I can’t get past the upload photo phase for no real reason. No matter what photo I use it tells me to try to upload my photo again. As someone that’s looking to save time and money on my commute to work, that’s just not going to work.

Awful app. You need to update photo and the app wouldn’t let me saying try again every time. I am on iPhone 7plus.
Woeful Update

The app before the update was a 3 star at best, but at least it did the job... but now with the latest update its ruined. My regular driver (who lives 3 blocks from me) never appears in my available drivers. Even when I updated my leaving time which had reverted to a default time that I never leave at, I can’t find them. Looking at the other reviews and feedback online it looks like it’s a big problem all round. Back to text message and Venmo.
