Nothings working

Can’t find anything using the search function, tells me everything is unavailable. Literally cannot shop. Tried app support and that brings up their website telling me it’s a broken link. Must be having issues, but it’s frustrating to deal with when I’m trying to shop. Hope they fix the issue soon.

I was worried when we moved to our cabin in the woods that I would not be able to find what I needed. Waifair has it all for reasonable prices and I couldn't be happier!
Captcha breaks app

Using the iOS app I routinely get a pop up to challenge that I’m a human with a CAPTCHA. Fine. But once I do, the app stops being responsive and has to be force quit, so I lose my browsing and search. Useless. Makes it impossible to use. Disable your miserable CAPTCHA in your iOS app. Keep it for your site, but it is a horrible experience for an app and you should feel bad.

I had an account with you for a long time then you decided to change from Comienty Bank to something else. I ALWAYS paid on time or before and when I applied for credit with the new place that you were using they turned me down. I feel like this isn’t fair when you’ve had a customer then you change creditors and they turn them down when you know they pay on time. That’s just bad for business and I don’t even know why I’m coming back to purchase something from you. This is something that definitely needs to be worked on.

Wayfair has turned out to be my go to for shopping for anything for the house. I’m remodeling my bathroom and furnished part of my business using Wayfair. Little to no problems, and if one arises, they take care of it immediately. The customer service is second to none. I prefer to support Wayfair over Amazon, when possible.

Jesus Christ fix your app already. I can’t make a payment on my card and have to keep going to the site which is also slow. Wayfair has been slipping lately with items being delivered damaged, not getting delivered at all and I’m still being charged and the app is terrible. So over it!!
