Some features I really like: even when I meet my goal for the week (e.g. workout three days a week I can continue to track all the days I work out even if I’ve met my minimum goal), chains, tags and filters, reminders...

Feedback is vital for building new and healthier habits. Way of Life is the tool I rely on to keep myself honest and understand what’s working and where I need to improve. The visualizations are super useful, and the app could not be simpler to use. Over time it’s gotten better and better.

One of the only apps I started using, saw value from immediately, and have kept using for years now. It’s a clever way to make and track any type of goal. Life change is possible, and Way of Life is a strong companion to that. The combo of simplicity in UI, visualization of progress, and ability to add context through journals and descriptions makes it just right for me. Some habits I’ve broken and made with WoL as a companion: - have a morning routing - making my bed every day on waking - journaling daily - sobriety - meditation - daily mini exercise before showering - gratitude
