I tried several habit tracking apps and I found them to be lacking until I found this app. I have been using this app for a few years now. Some features I really like: even when I meet my goal for the week (e.g. workout three days a week I can continue to track all the days I work out even if I’ve met my minimum goal), chains, tags and filters, reminders...

One of the only apps I started using, saw value from immediately, and have kept using for years now. It’s a clever way to make and track any type of goal. Life change is possible, and Way of Life is a strong companion to that. The combo of simplicity in UI, visualization of progress, and ability to add context through journals and descriptions makes it just right for me.
